CONDUCT
UNBIASED TESTS

Design testing structure with guiding questions.

Moderate lightly and record the interviews.

  • Conduct interview-style testing on site.
  • Have one moderator and one notetaker facilitate the interviews.
  • Record the sessions with two cameras: one observing the tester and one capturing the device.

WHY 20 TESTERS?

The magic number for usability testing is 5 testers. A group of 5 testers is sufficient to reveal the primary bugs and major usability problems of any interactive experience. A larger crowd will of course help reveal hidden issues. But 5 testers will ensure you identify the biggest priorities you should focus on.

With the 3-week testing package, we aim to not only conduct comprehensive usability testing but also to gauge the resonance of the app’s value proposition with your target marget. We identify 4 larger segments of your target personas — differentiated by interest, demographics or other important criteria for you. This way we are able to capture usability testing from all 4 segments, as well as receive versatile and subjective feedback.
